PRO BONO & COMMUNITY SERVICE

Pro bono is a cornerstone of Dicax LP’s culture, part of our longstanding commitment to give back to the communities where we live and work. We believe that the unique ability and responsibility to advocate for equal justice and to provide representation to groups and individuals of limited means is intrinsic to the practice of law. 

Each year, we provide direct service to individuals and organisations that could not otherwise afford legal counsel, while helping to build a pro bono culture in the legal profession around the world. We take on matters in nearly every area of public interest litigation, including human trafficking, fundamental right action, criminal cases, children’s rights, civil rights, domestic violence, microfinance and social entrepreneurialism, prisoners’ rights, public benefits, with significant cross-border collaborations. We are privileged to work in partnership with extraordinary public interest and legal services organizations who make our work possible.
